Fire Breaks Out in Odesa: Emergency Services Respond

In the Peresip district of Odesa, near the Khadzhybei road, a fire erupted affecting reeds, dry grass, tires, and debris in several locations.
The main challenges in extinguishing the fire included rapid spread due to combustible materials, high temperatures, and lack of access roads.
The blaze was contained over an area of approximately 12 hectares.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
A total of 8 units of equipment and 30 firefighters from the State Emergency Service were involved, along with 1 unit and 3 personnel from the Municipal Rescue and Diving Service, and 1 unit and 4 members from the National Guard of Ukraine.
