Advancements in Ukraine's Defense Industry

During a recent meeting convened by President Volodymyr Zelensky, discussions focused on the development of the defense industry, agreements with international partners, and the supply of armaments for the Ukrainian armed forces.

The President shared details via Telegram. 

«We discussed critical aspects of our weapons production, agreements with partners, and support for the army. We are conducting a thorough analysis of all contracts and investment projects,» Zelensky stated.

He emphasized that participants in the meeting identified urgent steps to be taken and key indicators for assessing the management effectiveness in the defense sector by the end of the year.

«The amount of Ukrainian weapons must increase,» the President stressed.

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov also attended the meeting.
