Israeli Strikes Against Hezbollah Bases in Lebanon

15 July 2025

The Israel Defense Forces have launched a series of strikes targeting the terrorist group «Hezbollah» deep within Lebanese territory. The strikes hit terrorist strongholds and weapon depots.

This was reported by Vesty.co.il.

The press service informed that the main focus of the attacks were the training camps of the elite Radwan forces.

"Following the directives of military intelligence AMAN and the Northern Command, the air forces of IDF began striking several terrorist sites in Lebanon," the statement said.

Lebanese media reported that the strikes occurred near Baalbek, more than 80 km from the Israeli border.

IDF explained that movements of militants were observed at several sites, and intelligence had identified the presence of Hezbollah weapon depots.

The Israeli military emphasized that these camps were being used for combat training of terrorists preparing for actions against Israel, the publication reported.

On July 9, Israeli military officials stated that they had entered southern Lebanon as part of targeted operations to eliminate the infrastructure of the Iranian-backed «Hezbollah» group.
