This week, a new organizational structure was introduced in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. According to Minister Andriy Sibiga, the new structure aligns with the challenges of modern warfare and international standards. In particular, the disarmament department has been abolished, and a Department of International Security and Defense of Ukraine has been created. The US and Canada division will be separated from the Latin America Department, as it is a distinct area of work. A special representative will be appointed to handle African issues exclusively. The Middle East and North Africa will now have a separate department.
