New Fine Payment Feature in Reserve+

The "Reserve+" app has launched a new feature — the ability to pay fines.

According to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, military personnel can now pay fines for failing to update their data by July 16, 2024, online at a 50% discount.

This payment allows for the quick resolution of administrative cases and the removal of the red tape from documents in the app.

"In the initial version, only the fine for late data updates will be available. Payments for other violations will be introduced later. Fines must be paid within 20 days of receiving the decision. Failure to do so will result in a full payment of 17,000 UAH. If unpaid for 40 days, the fine doubles and the case is transferred to the enforcement service," the agency stated.

To pay the fine online, you need to:

• update the "Reserve+" app to the latest version and log in;
• go to the "Online Fine Payment" section, submit a request for recognizing the violation, and receive a decision from the military registration office within three days; 
• after that, the option to pay a fine of 8,500 UAH — 50% of the total amount — will be available in the app; as a result, the violation and red tape will be removed.

"Online fines are a service designed to address issues that previously required a personal visit to the military registration office or police intervention. In "Reserve+", we offer a simple, transparent, and humane alternative — similar to what is already implemented in Ukraine for other administrative fines. This is another example of how digital services work in the interest of Ukrainians," explained Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitization Kateryna Chernohorenko.

The agency noted that the fine payment system will be launched gradually to evenly distribute the load, with the full service rollout expected within a few days.

As a reminder, in April 2025, the "Reserve+" app introduced the ability to receive notifications about the status of military personnel. Currently, you can download extended data from the "Oberih" registry and check what information about you is available, such as your workplace or any violations. The app has also introduced categories for data correction requests, allowing you to update your workplace for faster booking.
