Tragic Fire Incident in Artsyz Claims Life

A fire broke out at night in a multi-apartment building in the Bolhrad district of Odesa region. During the firefighting efforts, rescuers discovered the body of the homeowner. This was reported by the State Emergency Service press office.
The incident occurred on June 23, at night, in the city of Artsyz. At Tрудова Street, household items ignited in an apartment on the top floor of a two-story residential building.
"The fire was promptly extinguished. While extinguishing the fire, the body of the homeowner, a woman born in 1973, was found. The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are being determined. The State Emergency Service deployed 2 units of equipment and 8 firefighters," the statement said.
