Innovative Features of the MISTO App in Odesa

The MISTO app is continuously evolving in Odesa, offering new features for users. It now enables direct submission of requests to city services through an integration with the citizen request system.
This new functionality allows users to:
- quickly report issues in the city (infrastructure damage, utility service disruptions, etc.);
- attach photos and geolocation to requests;
- track the status of requests in real time.
The main screen of the app has also been updated: it now features shortcuts for the most popular services, allowing access in just a few clicks. The interface has become more dynamic and user-friendly, making daily tasks even quicker.
The MISTO app continues to grow, aiming to enhance communication between residents and local authorities, while making access to services even easier.
