Health Update from Odesa: Recent Statistics

According to the Odesa regional center for disease control and prevention, the incidence of ARVI and influenza in Odesa is currently at seasonal levels, remaining 16.6% below the epidemic threshold.

In the past week, 3023 residents were reported to have ARVI and influenza, with 71.4% of them being children under the age of 17.

During the last week, 20 laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 were registered in Odesa, including 15 children. Free vaccination points against COVID-19 continue to operate in primary healthcare centers.

Additionally, there were 49 cases of acute intestinal infections last week, with 53.1% being children.

Cases of viral hepatitis and respiratory infections were recorded sporadically. No cases of diphtheria, measles, rubella, or tetanus were reported in the week.

The epidemiological situation in Odesa remains stable and under control.
