Health Status in Odesa: Disease Overview

According to the Odesa Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the incidence of ARVI and influenza in Odesa is at a seasonal level and 31% below the epidemic threshold.

Last week, 2,564 residents of Odesa were diagnosed with ARVI and influenza, with 70.2% being children under 17 years old.

The incidence of COVID-19 in Odesa decreased by 2.1 times over the past week, with nine laboratory-confirmed cases reported, all involving children. Free COVID-19 vaccination points continue to operate in the city's family clinics.

During the last week, 42 residents were affected by acute intestinal infections, with 61.9% being children.

Cases of viral hepatitis and airborne infections were recorded sporadically. No cases of diphtheria, measles, rubella, or tetanus were registered during the week.

The epidemiological situation in Odesa remains stable and under control.
