Launch of a New Platform to Enhance Life in Odesa
The Odesa city council announces the launch of the MISTO platform, which will serve as a crucial tool for enhancing the comfort of residents' lives and optimizing city management. MISTO aims to make life in Odesa more convenient and safe. This modern digital platform allows for quicker access to essential services and information.
The "MISTO Platform" is an advanced cloud technology designed to integrate and digitalize urban services and information resources into a unified system. This allows centralized access to data and services through a single city portal and mobile applications. Additionally, the system provides rapid access to information and interaction with relevant city services.
Available features of the mobile application:
- Online appointment booking for the Administrative Services Center
- Hourly parking payment service: a convenient and transparent method
- “Social Taxi” service for individuals with limited mobility
- E-democracy: participation in surveys
- Safety alerts: notifications about emergencies and shelter maps
- Environmental monitoring: air quality data
- Interactive maps: locations of public restrooms and drinking fountains
Quarterly, the platform will be enhanced with new functionalities. Soon, users will be able to vote on petitions and track public transport movements.
Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov emphasized that this initiative changes the approach to city management and interaction with residents, making Odesa a safer and more integrated city.
"We are part of the modern world. Download the app and stay updated – it's simple and convenient! New services will emerge, from paying utility bills to buying tickets to the zoo!" – stated the Mayor of Odesa.
The mobile application is already available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
