NVIDIA Achieves New Market Milestone

05 July 2025

As of July 4, 2025, according to CompaniesMarketCap, NVIDIA's market capitalization has hit a record $3.92 trillion, making it the most valuable public company ever. Just two weeks earlier, NVIDIA's valuation was at $3.34 trillion, marking an increase of over 17% during this period.

The previous record was held by Apple, which on December 6, 2024, was valued at $3.915 trillion. NVIDIA has surpassed not only Apple but also Microsoft, which is also a key player in the tech sector.

The current surge in NVIDIA's value is attributed to high demand for its chips, which are widely used by tech companies for training large language models.

Despite having its own AI models, NVIDIA does not focus on developing consumer products like chatbots. Its solutions are infrastructure-oriented, targeting industries that require substantial computing power. One example is the Nemotron-4 (340B) model, designed for generating synthetic data.

If the interest in artificial intelligence remains high, NVIDIA stands a good chance of further solidifying its market position.
