Celebrating 50 Years of Artistic Excellence at School No. 6

02 December 2024

On December 1, 2024, School No. 6 celebrated its 50th anniversary.

In honor of this milestone, a festive concert was held at the school, where young musicians displayed their skills on various instruments: piano, guitar, violin, bandura, as well as in vocals, choral singing, and choreography, representing all areas of study at School No. 6.

Educators received awards from the Mayor of Odessa and the Department of Culture, International Cooperation, and European Integration.

“Art unites us all. Teachers guide students in mastering the arts, while students showcase their talents, bringing glory to the school and Odessa. A heartfelt thanks to the parents who support their children in this artistic journey,” said Deputy Director Lyudmila Kryzhalko.

Since its opening in 1974, the school has produced many distinguished musicians. Currently, there are 45 teachers educating 385 students across various departments.

School students are active participants and laureates of numerous competitions and festivals, including international ones: Simfonia Krakowska, Piano-music, “Musical Wave,” and others.
