Massive Drone Strike on Odessa: Consequences and Support for Victims
On the evening of April 21, 2025, the city of Odessa faced a significant drone strike targeting a densely populated area.
The attack resulted in extensive damage to residential buildings, public infrastructure, vehicles, and educational institutions. There are reports of injuries.
City officials and emergency services arrived at the scene promptly.
Currently, operational headquarters have been established at the following addresses: Inglessia St. 16 and Heroes of Krut St. 23/25. A command center is also operational at the building of the Khadjibey District Administration on Yevhen Tantsyura St. 22.
District administration staff, in collaboration with municipal services, are accepting applications for material assistance and providing guidance on the necessary documentation required for processing.

Under the coordination of the advisor to the Odessa mayor, Veronika Etnarovych, support points from charitable and public organizations, including “April Tenth” supported by UNHCR, the Red Cross Society, World Central Kitchen, and “Winds of Change,” have been set up at the site to assist those in need.
