The number of casualties from the night attack on Odesa has risen to eight. As of morning, four wounded remain in the city's medical facilities, while others are receiving outpatient treatment.
This was reported by Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration.
Investigation Launched
The Odesa regional prosecutor's office has opened a criminal case under part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes). As a result of the attack, residential buildings, private business premises, medical facilities, shops, service stations, and at least 37 vehicles (passenger and cargo) were damaged. Law enforcement is currently documenting all the consequences of the shelling.
