Memorial Event in Odesa
Today, at the intersection of Nyna Strokata and European streets in Odesa, a memorial event titled "Honor. 9:00" took place. The purpose of this event is to remind residents about the daily minute of silence for those who lost their lives due to Russian aggression.
Honoring the memory of the fallen
Tens of thousands of people, including both military personnel and civilians, have died as a result of armed aggression from Russia. The organizers of the event emphasize that each of us can dedicate a minute each day to honor their memory.
Local residents joined in
Concerned residents participated in the event, using signs to remind drivers on the road about the minute of silence. Drivers responded with understanding to the brief delay, stopping to pay their respects to the fallen.
It should be noted that memorials are held daily in all cities of Ukraine in accordance with the presidential decree No. 143/2022
"On the Nationwide Minute of Silence for the Fallen as a Result of Armed Aggression by the Russian Federation Against Ukraine".
"Stop, remember, honor. Memory is an action!" the organizers remind.
The organizers invite everyone to join them every Wednesday and Saturday at 8:50 AM.
