Odessa Attack: Consequences and Response

In the evening of March 1, the enemy launched an attack on Odessa, triggering an air alert at 5:44 PM. Just three minutes later, an explosion was heard in the city. This was reported by the Regional State Administration.

Currently, it is known that the attack damaged port infrastructure and a civilian vessel flying the flag of Panama, owned by a European company. Two port employees sustained injuries.

«All relevant services are working to address the aftermath, and medical personnel are providing necessary assistance to the injured,» stated the head of the Regional State Administration, Oleg Kiper.
