Morning Attack on Odesa: Impact and Response

This morning, Odesa experienced an attack from Russia, as confirmed by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Civilian and energy infrastructure sustained damage due to the assault.
One missile struck the balcony of an apartment on the 9th floor of a nine-story residential building, causing a fire. The building's facade and windows were also damaged. Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze.
Additionally, firefighters managed to put out a fire at an energy facility.
Fortunately, there were no casualties.
A total of 38 rescuers and 8 fire vehicles were deployed by the emergency services.
