New Threats to Odesa: Airstrikes on Civilian Infrastructure

Recently, Odesa has become a target for enemy airstrikes, which for the first time have been directed at peaceful civilian facilities. This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper.
During today's aerial assault, Russian forces utilized guided bombs, indicating an escalation of threats to our region.
These attacks pose a significant danger to the civilian population and can lead to substantial destruction.
