Odesa Under Attack: Damage and Recovery Efforts

On the night of September 22 to 23, Odesa faced yet another attack from enemy forces. As a result, nine residential buildings and an educational institution were damaged in the Kyiv district. 
At 8:00 AM, an operational headquarters was established to manage the response efforts. 
The cleanup and debris removal are being carried out by employees of the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Services «Vuzivskyi», district administration staff, and «City Roads», along with specialized machinery. 
As of 9:00 AM, it has been reported that 130 windows were damaged, including 30 in the educational institution. Work is ongoing to cover the windows with plastic film and OSB boards. 
Nineteen residents of the affected buildings have contacted the operational headquarters. The headquarters will continue its work until 5:00 PM.
