Attack on Civil Infrastructure in Odesa Region

The enemy struck civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region, unfortunately resulting in one fatality. Various social facilities were damaged.
On the night of September 22 to 23, Russian forces specifically targeted the civil infrastructure of the city of Tatarbunar in the Belgorod-Dnistrovskyi district with ballistic missiles. Sadly, a woman lost her life due to the attack. There are reports of injuries as well.
Fires were recorded in the central part of the city, with significant damage to a hotel, Ukrposhta, Ukrtelecom, the Cultural Center, and the CNAP. Trading kiosks and private vehicles also suffered damage.
All relevant services are working to mitigate the aftermath of the hostile attack. Law enforcement is documenting yet another crime by Russian forces against the peaceful population of Odesa.
