Rowing Competition in Odesa

A rowing competition was held in Odesa at the sports school № 6 (Babichiv pond) for boys and girls born in 2010–2012, 2012–2013, 2014–2015, and 2017.

The event was organized in honor of Ukraine's Constitution Day.

Thirty young athletes (20 boys and 10 girls) participated in the competition.

The results of the competition in various categories were as follows:

K-1 200 m (boys 2012-2013):

1st place - Andriy Yachmensky;

2nd place - Matviy Skorokirja;

3rd place - Yuriy Pasat.

C-1 200 m (girls 2010-2012):

1st place - Valeriya Smykovchuk;

2nd place - Daria Didyk;

3rd place - Kira Nestrukh.

K-1 200 m (girls 2014-2015):

1st place - Snizhanna Smykovchuk;

2nd place - Elvira Smykovchuk;

3rd place - Anastasia Dyakivska.

C-1 200 m (boys 2012-2014):

1st place - Denys Zhylkin.

K-1 200 m (girls 2017):

1st place - Olesya Pohibelko;

2nd place - Daria Navrotska.

K-1 200 m (boys 2013-2014):

1st place - Yegor Dzhumaev;

2nd place - Vsevolod Grebenyev;

3rd place - Roman Kudrenko.

In the relay race over a distance of 200 m:

1st place - Daria Didyk, Elvira Smykovchuk, and Matviy Skorokirja;

2nd place - Valeriya Smykovchuk, Snizhanna Smykovchuk, and Yuriy Pasat;

3rd place - Kira Nestrukh, Yegor Dzhumaev, and Vlad Bratkov.

The athletes were trained by coaches Oleg Zhylkin, Halyna Pohibelko, Ilya Fedorенко, and Oleksandr Presnov.
