Launch of Innovative Communication Lab in Odesa

On December 10, a new educational laboratory dedicated to electronic communication networks opened in Odesa – the first of its kind in Ukraine!

What makes this lab special?

• State-of-the-art equipment from leading brands: CISCO, HUAWEI, Hewlett-Packard, ZTE, and more.
• Capable of operating independently even during power outages or alarm signals.
• Located in a secure shelter – training in a safe environment!

This initiative was made possible through collaboration between the State University of Intelligent Technologies and Communications of Odesa Oblast and the Regional Information and Analytical Center.

This represents a new level of training for future specialists in the communications field. Students will gain practical experience and work with top-tier equipment.

During the opening, a roundtable discussion was held on the topic: “Dialogue and cooperation among government bodies, universities, and businesses for restoring communications during wartime.” Participants discussed strategies to equip the country with modern professionals and ensure stable communication, including training and re-skilling veterans.

The future of communication is already here, and Odesa is leading the way!
