Honoring Ukraine's Defenders in Odesa

In Odesa, several thematic activities were held in educational institutions to celebrate Defenders Day.

Students participated in lessons of courage and remembrance titled «Dignity and Honor of Ukrainians», as well as presentations, round tables, and film screenings. Exhibitions of children's drawings and creative works themed «I am a Descendant of Cossacks» were also significant parts of the program.

Young residents of Odesa took part in sports competitions «We are the Children of the Cossack Lineage», charitable events, workshops, and patriotic flash mobs emphasizing unity and strength.

The school libraries featured thematic displays of literature that highlighted the heroism of Ukrainian soldiers.

The aim of these activities was to promote national-patriotic education among children and youth and to popularize military heroism.
