Creative Achievements of Educators in Odesa

On December 12, 2024, the first stage of the All-Ukrainian competition 'Source of Creativity' was held in Odesa in the category 'Club Leader', focusing on military-patriotic and artistic-aesthetic education.

Club leaders participated in the competition by presenting their pedagogical experiences, including an annotation 'My Pedagogical Experience', an event organization plan, and a lesson plan for the club.

Additionally, participants showcased their beliefs in education during presentations on 'My Pedagogical Credo'. Educators demonstrated their professional skills, knowledge of methods and psychology, and the ability to implement innovative approaches to teaching and upbringing, engaging children and encouraging their creative development.

The city jury identified the winners of the first stage of the 'Source of Creativity' competition, who will receive diplomas from the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa City Council:

First Degree

Military-patriotic direction:

Oleksandr Harkavchenko, leader of the 'Youth Circle of Young Patriots' at the Odesa City Palace of Children and Youth Creativity;

Artistic-aesthetic (musical profile):

Anastasia Voedilo, head of the exemplary artistic collective of the Asta Voice Studio at the Odesa Center for Children and Youth Creativity 'Divosvit';

Marina Zaitseva, head of the folk artistic collective 'Children's Vocal Ensemble Palmira' at the Odesa Center for Children and Youth Creativity 'Samotsvit';

Olha Petrusenko, head of the vocal club 'Barvinok' at the Odesa Center for Children and Youth Creativity 'Promin'.

Second Degree

Artistic-aesthetic (musical profile):

Olena Varichenko, head of the club at the Odesa Palace of Children and Youth Creativity 'White Acacia';

Tatyana Vasyelkova, head of the club at the Odesa House of Children and Youth Creativity 'Dominanta'.

The All-Ukrainian competition 'Source of Creativity' aims to support talented educators from extracurricular education institutions, facilitating their self-realization and stimulating further creative pedagogical activities.
