Training Students in First Aid Skills

Throughout November, 11th-grade students from general education institutions in Odesa participated in first aid training organized by the «SAR Training Center».

The events took place at the Municipal Institution «Veteran Hub Service Office» (Primorsky, Khadzhybeisky, and Kyiv districts) and Odesa Lyceum No. 40 (Peresyp district).

The training program consisted of two phases: educational and competitive. During the educational phase, students attended workshops on cardiopulmonary resuscitation, actions for knife wounds, and methods to relieve airway obstruction. The competitive phase involved teamwork to accomplish practical tasks, reinforcing the knowledge and skills acquired.

Upon completion of the training, participants received certificates.

This training is a crucial step in preparing students for the city competition «Young Paramedic», aimed at developing practical skills, teamwork, and fostering responsible youth.
