Teen Information Safety Course
Today's teenagers are constantly influenced by social media, often unaware that some content is manipulative or deceptive.
In Ukraine, a free course has been developed to assist teenagers in learning how to safeguard themselves in the online environment.
This training resembles a computer game featuring vibrant characters, quests, and rewards. It can be accessed from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Upon completion, participants can revisit lessons at any time for review or additional tasks.
The course is created by Oksana Moroz, a researcher in information communication, and Kateryna Holtzberg, a psychologist leading the professional association of child psychologists.
The course is available online via the Unicorn School platform. You can register at: https://unicorn.itstep.org/infohygiene-training-course
Feel free to share information about the course with friends and family,
or in parent groups — together we can make
the information space safer for our children.
