Child Safety: New Online Lesson Against Recruitment
The National Police of Ukraine, together with the Security Service and the Ministry of Education, organized an online lesson for students as part of a campaign against child recruitment.
Hostile agents are trying to draw Ukrainian children into criminal activities. Students received essential advice on how to recognize threats and what to do if the russia attempts to recruit them for arson, sabotage, or terrorist acts.
Employees of juvenile prevention from the National Police have been conducting an informational campaign for a long time to inform children about the dangers of recruitment.
«There are over 12,000 schools in Ukraine, and such classes are held both online and offline. Be sure to tell your friends about the dangers of recruitment, so you do not become a tool of hybrid war. An informed person is an armed person,» the police emphasized.
To support children, famous boxer Oleksandr Usyk also joined the campaign:
«Today, Russian special services want to harm Ukraine using you. Do not fall for their tricks. Do not allow yourself to be turned into a weapon against your homeland. Being cool means using your head,» said the Ukrainian champion.
He advised the youth to inform their parents and teachers, and to contact the National Police and SBU if strangers on social media offer money for committing arson or carrying unknown packages.
«This is how you can protect yourself and your loved ones. Be smart, be strong, and do not let anyone use you. We are Ukrainians, and we always win,» the athlete urged.
