Innovative Approaches to Education and Business in Odesa Region
On April 17, 2025, a regional forum titled «Innovative Approaches to Education and Business in Odesa Region» was held in Odesa, bringing together representatives from local government, business, education, and international organizations.
The primary goal of the event was to discuss how to create an innovative ecosystem for human development, education, business, and effective governance in today's context.
The participants were welcomed by the Secretary of the Odesa City Council, Ihor Koval.
The forum highlighted the need for the Ukrainian business sector to have modern, practical education for youth and for workers seeking to retrain.
Attendees discussed the significance of short training programs, the development of entrepreneurial skills, dual education, and closer collaboration between business and educational institutions.
Sustainable development is only possible through continuous dialogue and cooperation between business, educational establishments, and local government.
Such partnerships not only help adapt education to the economy's needs but also invest in human capital—preserving and nurturing talents, creating joint initiatives, and fostering an effective ecosystem for growth.
