Expanding Cooperation: Odessa Region and South Korea

The Odessa region is enhancing its collaboration with South Korea!

A significant visit from a Ukrainian delegation to South Korea has resulted in crucial agreements in the fields of business, interregional partnership, and humanitarian cooperation.

One of the major achievements is the final agreement on establishing a joint venture in the Odessa region for manufacturing fire safety equipment components.

This project is being implemented with the long-term support of the Odessa Regional Development Agency, which facilitated effective communication between the Korean company ‘Paratech’, a leader in fire safety production, and the Ukrainian company ‘SST’.

 The new enterprise will include:

• Modern manufacturing technologies
• Export-oriented products
• New job opportunities in the region
• Tax revenues for the local budget
