Leadership Change at Odesa Film Studio: Anna Docheva Takes the Helm

The Odesa Film Studio is entering a new chapter as Anna Docheva has been appointed acting chair of the board. She replaces Andriy Osipov, who led the studio since 2016 and has recently been appointed head of the State Agency of Ukraine for Cinema.

Anna joined the studio in 2018. Over the past five years, she has headed the subsidiary company Odesa Film Production, producing several successful projects including feature films such as «Unreal Cops», «Why I Am Alive», «Two Truths», «Edge of the River», and «Dovzhenko», along with various short films and YouTube projects.

Since 2024, Anna has been a member of the board of the Odesa branch of the National Union of Cinematographers of Ukraine. She is involved in the organization of the annual short project competition named after Kira Muratova, «Short Meetings», coordinates the «Legends of Odesa Film Studio» award, and is a member of the directorate of the Ukrainian national film festival «Cinema for Victory».
