Preparation of Odessa Beaches for the Summer Season

The head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, discussed the plans for beach preparations on television.
He mentioned that an order to commence preparatory work has already been signed. Officials are collaborating with the military and emergency services. The primary objective is to check for shelters, ensure safety from sea mines, and designate safe swimming areas.
«There’s no sense in restricting people. They need to relax, rejuvenate, obtain vitamin D, and relieve stress. Odessa is alive, and this is important not just for locals but for the entire country», – Kiper said.
Kiper also emphasized that proper beach preparation is crucial for the development of tourism in Odessa.
