Infrastructure Upgrade: New Ramps in Odesa

The city of Odesa is actively working on installing ramps at pedestrian crossings. 

Since the beginning of 2025, ramps have already been installed at 12 locations. A total of 32 ramps are planned: Genuezska St, 36 (2); Heavenly Hundred Ave, 3 (2); Artillery St/Krasnova St (2); Prince Yaroslav the Wise St, 19 (2); Shampanský Lane (1); Ukrainian Heroes Ave/Nina Strokata St (6); Balkivska St, 57 (4); Sadova St/Vsevolod Zmiyenka St (1); Academician Filatov St/Cosmonauts St (6); Greek St, 44 (2); Greek St/Ivan Lutsenko Lane (3); Greek Square (1). 

Additionally, Odesa has approved a new action plan aimed at creating a barrier-free environment for 2025-2026. The implementation of these measures is overseen by the Barrier-Free Council under the Odesa Mayor.
