Warning: Scam Activity Impersonating Ukrposhta

Scammers have resumed their activities online, posing as «Ukrposhta».

This warning comes from the Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

Fraudulent messages are being sent to users, asking them to update their delivery address via a provided link.

If you receive such a notification — do not click or follow the link.

«Under no circumstances should you click on these links or enter your personal data, as scammers can gain access to your confidential information».

Tips on recognizing scammers from «Ukrposhta»:

Ukrposhta emphasizes that they never send messages from unknown numbers.

It's crucial to pay attention to any unusual punctuation marks, which can indicate fraudulent intent.

«Any extra dashes, commas, or periods suggest a scam. Moreover, we do not send messages from «unknown» numbers. Do not share your banking details or any information with strangers», the statement reads.
