Trust Forum for Families in Bolgrad
A forum titled «Bridges of Understanding: A Family Trust Evening» took place in Bolgrad, organized by the charitable foundation «Gift». The event, attended by 115 participants from various parts of the Odesa region, was reported on by a journalist from Rayon.Bolgrad.
The main speaker of the event was family policy expert Adrian Bukovynskyi (Kyiv), who spoke on the topic of supporting and strengthening family relationships. Attendees were given the opportunity to ask the expert anonymous questions regarding personal and familial issues.
"Family requires daily effort in relationships. When there is no love, it becomes harder to do this work. Love is the driving force of relationships at different stages of family life," emphasized Adrian Bukovynskyi in his lecture.
The forum was held in an informal and open atmosphere. Participants were welcomed at the «Boomerang» restaurant, where they could not only converse with the expert but also enjoy a cultural program. The musical accompaniment was provided by the band «Another Life» from the village of Loshchynivka in the Izmail district.
The organizers stress that such events promote deeper dialogue among family members and the community, as well as enhance trust and understanding in society.
"One of the main areas of our charitable activities is supporting families during wartime — both emotionally and psychologically, as well as physically, including providing humanitarian and food assistance. We believe that today’s event will help families improve their relationships. Everyone received answers to their questions or left with thoughts to ponder," stated Svitlana Berbat, director of the charitable organization "Gift".
The preparation and execution of the forum involved:
The church «God’s Gift», which assisted at all stages of organization;
The church «Source of Living Water» from the city of Izmail, which created a photo zone and documented the event;
The church «Word of Life» from the village of Loshchynivka — musical accompaniment;
The church «Dignified Life» from the village of Vasylivka, which helped with participant registration;
Anastasia Bessonova, head of the Youth Council under the Bolgrad City Council — moderation of the event;
The head of the IDP Council Nataliia Velenhura — organizational support.
The event was part of initiatives aimed at supporting social cohesion and family values in the region. The organizers expressed gratitude to all partners and participants for their active involvement.
