Changes in Employee Booking Procedures

As of April 1, all bookings made under the old rules have been terminated. Businesses that have updated their critical status can continue to book their employees, while others must comply with the new requirements.

Here’s what has changed:

• Old bookings are no longer valid
• Booking requests will be processed within 72 hours
• Only companies with updated critical status can make bookings

If your business has an outdated critical status:

1. Update your critical status — instructions can be found here
2. After confirming the new status, proceed with booking your employees

Please remember that bookings can only be made electronically through the Diia portal. Management does not need to prepare paper orders or documents.
