Affordable Housing Loans for Ukrainians: New Opportunities

The state initiative for affordable mortgage lending in Ukraine, known as the «eOselya» program, was launched in August 2022. The preferential interest rate ranges from 3% to 7%, with a loan term of up to 20 years. The minimum down payment is 20%.

For specific categories of citizens, the Odesa regional administration compensates the preferential interest rate. Our defenders, rescuers, law enforcement officers, and border guards can take a loan for housing without paying interest. Currently, 277 individuals have already benefited from this program.

The participating banks in this program include: Oschadbank, Privatbank, Ukrgasbank, Ukreximbank, and Sensbank.

Additionally, the number of residential complexes joining the «eOselya» program is steadily increasing.
