Fire Incident in Usatove: Man Suffers Burns

On the evening of January 5, 2026, a fire broke out in Usatove village, located in the Odesa region, on an open area. According to the Odesa State Emergency Service, a man born in 1986 sustained burns while attempting to extinguish the fire himself.
He was hospitalized immediately. The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are currently being investigated.
One fire truck and five firefighters from the State Emergency Service were dispatched to the scene, along with one unit of local fire brigade personnel from 'Nerubayske'.
