Infrastructure Updates: Report from the Utility Company 'University Services'

The utility company «University Services» conducted extensive repairs in the buildings under its management in 2024. 

At the request of residents, the specialists carried out the following maintenance work: roof repairs – 2640 sq. m; drainage pipe restoration – 280 linear meters; replacement of window units in elevator and stairwell areas – 50 units; elevator machine room repairs – 2920 sq. m; facade restoration – 1764 sq. m; heating system upgrades – 480 linear meters; cold water supply repairs – 432 linear meters; sewage system restoration – 528 linear meters; electrical supply repairs – 623 linear meters; replacement of light fixtures – 329 units. 

Additionally, the company’s janitors maintain order in the adjacent territories daily. Cleaning is performed twice a day (including sweeping, emptying bins, clearing debris, etc.).

The utility workers also mow grass, trim trees, clear fallen leaves, and tend to flowerbeds and lawns around the serviced buildings. If necessary, they participate in citywide cleanup events, addressing illegal dumps and the aftermath of hostile actions.
