New Learning Opportunities for Soldiers with DELTA
In the first week following the launch of the DELTA course in the Army+ app, 13,000 servicemen began their training, setting a new record. Over 1,500 of them have already fully completed the course and received certificates, as reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The course includes more than 50 practical lessons, requiring at least 5 hours to complete. It provides practical skills for using systems such as Monitor, Mission Control, Target Hub, and Vezha, assisting servicemen in making decisions based on real-time data.
Currently, the Army+ app offers 17 training courses, with the most popular being "Unmanned Systems. Basics of UAVs" (45,000 soldiers started this course), "Information Resilience. Cybersecurity" (34,000 soldiers began this course), and "Basics of Communication on the Battlefield" (22,000 soldiers are studying this area).
The DELTA course was launched at the end of October to enable soldiers to quickly master working with the system in combat conditions.
Recently, a course titled "Fiber-Optic Drones. Basics of Usage" was also introduced in the app, focusing on the specifics of FPV drones that are controlled through fiber-optic channels and their application in combat situations.
These drones are distinguished by their resilience to electronic warfare tools, but they require operators to have special training, meticulous flight planning, and knowledge of technical nuances.
