Ukrposhta: The Quality Leader in International Deliveries in Europe

“Ukrposhta” has claimed the top position in Europe regarding the quality of international postal services. This information was revealed during a meeting of the Association of European Public Postal Operators, PostEurop, in Luxembourg.
The national postal operator has emerged as the best among all European countries. Back in 2019, when “Ukrposhta” was just starting its journey in international EMS delivery, it ranked 146th globally. Today, it stands as a true leader on the continent.
«The postal network serves as a vital connection between people. Despite the ongoing war, the national operator not only maintains its infrastructure but actively develops it. This is a unique case where a country at war achieves such high results. This year, “Ukrposhta” received the international Rising Star award and made it into the top three postal operators in the world in terms of growth rates. We are grateful to the many postal workers who operate under dangerous conditions, amidst shelling, and ensure results for the company and the country», stated Andriy Bratush, Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.

Key quality indicators according to PostEurop in the following categories:

• EMS (International Express Mail Service) — 1st place among 23 countries, with a score of 99.89%. 
• Prime Express and Prime Tracked, which reflect tracking quality and priority processing, — 100% and first place among 20 and 8 countries respectively. This indicates that Ukrposhta flawlessly meets the Universal Postal Union's requirements for data handling and deadlines.
• UPU Tracked (tracked international shipments) — fifth position with a score of 97%.

The PostEurop study was conducted from February to August 2025 and included postal operators from 23 European countries.

PostEurop is an association that has represented European public postal operators since 1993. It is officially recognized as a Regional Union within the Universal Postal Union (UPU). Its 55 members in 53 countries collectively serve 175,000 postal offices, provide jobs for 2 million people, and connect 800 million postal service users daily.
