Accessibility Initiatives in Odesa for 2025-2026

A new action plan for creating an accessible environment in Odesa for 2025-2026 has been approved. The implementation of this plan is overseen by the Accessibility Council under the Odesa City Mayor.
Experts from the municipal enterprise «Urban Roads» are actively working on installing ramps at pedestrian crossings throughout the city.
Since the beginning of 2025, a total of 85 ramps have been installed in the city, 34 of which feature tactile paving as part of the «Barrier-Free Odesa» initiative.
