New Opportunities for Mobilization Deferrals

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is initiating a beta test of new deferrals from mobilization in the Reserve+ application. This was announced by the Ministry of Defense.
«Soon, new types of mobilization deferrals will be available in the Reserve+ application,» the statement said.
Parents raising children under 18 and individuals caring for a parent with a disability will be able to obtain deferrals online.
The Ministry of Defense invites citizens belonging to these categories to participate in the testing and be among the first to use the service.

A request must be submitted in the Reserve+. The system will verify the grounds in state registers. If confirmed, the deferral is granted, and information about it appears in the electronic military document.
The process is fully automated, usually taking a few hours and not requiring the collection of documents, visits to territorial recruitment centers, or prolonged waiting for consideration.
Reserve+ allows for transparent, quick decisions without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Currently, deferrals in Reserve+ can be obtained by: persons with disabilities; parents of three or more children born in one marriage; parents of children with disabilities; spouses of defenders with children; husbands or wives of persons with disabilities; individuals with temporary unfitness; students and postgraduates; employees of higher education institutions.
