Weather Forecast and Transport Updates in Odesa

According to forecasters, significant rain, thunderstorms, and wind gusts of 15-20 m/s are expected in Odesa and the surrounding area on October 8-9.

As of the morning of October 8, here is the status of the city's electric transport:

Tram routes No. 18 and No. 20 are temporarily not in service (minibuses are operating on these routes).

Due to the temporary suspension of tram No. 18, bus route No. 18-k will operate from the 11th to the 16th station of the Great Fountain. Departures from the 11th station start from 9 AM to 6 PM (once an hour). Today, a bus is running on this route.

Tram route No. 7 has resumed operations. 

This route runs from: 28th Brigade Street — 11th station of Lustdorf Road.

As of 7:00 AM, traffic on the city roads is clear.

Reported flooding:

• 15 Nalivna Street — the roadway is flooded, but traffic continues;
• Yarmarkoviy Lane — flooding present, but traffic is possible.

The emergency teams of the KP “City Roads” are conducting cleaning operations for storm drains.
