Storm warning: Significant rainfall is expected in the next 1-2 hours and will continue until the end of the day.

The Odesa City Council reminds residents and visitors to be vigilant regarding weather changes, limit movement and travel in the city, especially for the elderly, children, and pregnant women, and to be cautious around trees – strong winds may cause branches to fall.

Please do not leave vehicles under trees, power lines, or on stormwater grates.

The danger of being in beach areas is extremely high. Due to the storm in the Black Sea, the risk of mines increases. There is a high probability of sea mines being dislodged from their anchors and washing ashore, as well as drifting along the coast. The uncontrolled detonation of a mine is also likely, especially in stormy weather. If a sea mine or similar objects are found, do not touch them. It is necessary to report immediately by calling 102.
