As of 12:30, traffic is complicated on the following sections:
- Primorska/Gazovy — flooded, traffic complicated
- Shyryaievskyi Lane — flooded, traffic complicated
- Balhivska (court) — flooded, no traffic
- French Boulevard — flooded, traffic complicated
- Independence Street — flooded, traffic complicated
- Church Street — flooded, traffic allowed only for trucks
- Central Airport — flooded, traffic complicated
