27 September 2025
A new shelter has been completed in the Peresyp district of Odesa on Blazhka Street, designed to accommodate 650 individuals. This facility is publicly owned and officially classified as a basic shelter.
It serves as a refuge for the residents of nearby houses and is also utilized by a school that lacks its own shelter. The shelter is equipped with essential comfort amenities: seating areas, technical and drinking water, internet access, and electric heaters.
Odesa's mayor, Hennadiy Trukhanov, inspected the condition of the shelter following the completion of the renovation works.
