Radiation Safety in the Odessa Region

The radiation levels in the Odessa region are within the established health standards. The danger level is considered low. This was reported by the press service of the CHAM Hydrometeorological Center.
Measurements taken at various monitoring points across the region show radiation levels ranging from 9 to 17 µR/h. The acceptable control level of radiation is up to 25 µR/h. Specifically:
- Balta 13 µR/h;
- Lyubashivka 11 µR/h;
- Zatyshya 12 µR/h;
- Serbka 7 µR/h;
- Rozdilna 2 µR/h;
- Yuzhne 17 µR/h;
- Odessa 10 µR/h;
- Chornomorsk 10 µR/h;
- Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi 9 µR/h;
- Sarata 10 µR/h;
- Bolhrad 10 µR/h;
- Vylkove 11 µR/h.
