New Regulations for TCC and SP Employees

Starting September 1, all employees of the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC and SP) will be required to wear body cameras and record on video the delivery of summons or document checks.

This was announced by Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal.

“From September 1, all TCC and SP staff must wear body cameras and carry out video recording during document checks or summons delivery. Any violations of recording rules will lead to disciplinary action,” noted Shmyhal.

According to him, this step is intended to ensure transparency and legality of the notification groups' work, as well as to protect the rights of both military conscripts and TCC personnel.

Currently, the provision of body cameras is about 85%. Work is ongoing to procure additional equipment.
