Restoration of Residential Buildings in Odesa

06 August 2025

In Odesa, the restoration of a residential building that suffered from a missile strike is ongoing.

For the past six months, recovery works have been taking place at the apartment building located at Shevchenka Avenue, 8v, which has repeatedly been damaged due to attacks from the rf.

The last incident occurred during the shelling of the city on November 18, 2024. At that time, the roof, ceilings, and load-bearing structures were damaged.

The project is commissioned by the Department of Municipal Economy of the Odesa City Council.

Currently, active work is underway on the second floor: new walls are being built with aerated concrete blocks. Emergency areas have already been dismantled, walls strengthened, and inter-floor ceilings replaced with new reinforced concrete slabs.

The next stage involves the installation of the reinforced belt and the mounting of the second-floor ceiling.

All works are being carried out in accordance with the approved project documentation and construction standards.

Recently, restoration works have also begun in the central part of Odesa at the following addresses: Novoselskoho Street, 51 and Pastera, 54.
