State Savings Bank Secures License for International Freight Transport
The State Savings Bank has obtained a license to carry out international freight transport using trucks.
This was reported by the bank referencing a decision from the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety (Ukrtransbezpeka) dated July 3, 2025.
Due to the suspension of civil air travel, the delivery of all types of currency valuables to Ukraine is now conducted exclusively by road transport.
To ensure the continuity of its operational activities, the State Savings Bank has organized the transportation of currency valuables from abroad using specialized vehicles.
In order to conduct these transports legally and safely within the European Union, the bank had to obtain the relevant license.
Deputy Chairman of the State Savings Bank, Yevgeniy Drachko-Yermolenko, commented: "The availability of the license for international freight transport confirms that the State Savings Bank meets all European safety requirements, staff qualifications, fleet condition, and process organization standards."
